Shipping & Returns
Orders are packed within 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll make it good — unlit candles can be returned for a full refund.
Candle Care
- Trim the wooden wick to about 3mm before every burn.
- Let the first burn form a full pool of wax, up to 2 hours.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
FAQs
How long do your candles burn?
Coconut shell candles burn for roughly 30 hours; Ocean Breeze jars for roughly 40 hours, with proper wick care.
What is your wax made of?
A coconut-soy blend with phthalate-free fragrance oils and a wooden wick. No parabens, no dyes.
Can I reuse the vessel?
Yes. Rinse the shell or glass with warm soapy water once the wax is gone — they make lovely holders for matches or jewellery.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
The Gift Set arrives boxed with a linen pouch and hand-rolled matches. Add a note at checkout and we'll include it.
